Gene Stover, Operations Specialist
As the current Operations Specialist for the Chicago Zoological Society’s Sarasota Dolphin Research Program my duties are to oversee the maintenance of program equipment, work on special projects, and participate in field work. I previously served for 37 years, as a civilian in the Department of Defense, in positions such as: Director of Advanced Information Technology Services Security and Migration, Telecommunications Program Manager, Defense Information Systems Agency-Telecommunications Field Desk Officer, Command Systems Integration Office, Test and Evaluation Telecommunications Manager.
US Army Information Systems Command, Chief of Strategic Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence Branch, US Army Team Chief, World Wide Test and Evaluation, and received several awards for my work with the White House Office of Emergency Operations.
