Science Training

Part of the SDRP mission is to help others become more effective conservation scientists.

We offer training and as possible, we support visiting conservation scientists and technicians from other countries.

Graduate students from the US and abroad, receive guidance and training to develop and conduct their graduate research.

Interns from the US and abroad are trained and assist the researchers, gaining valuable field and lab research experience.

Many volunteers also help with the research. They participate on dolphin surveys, on dolphin rescues, and on trips abroad to assist other conservation groups.
